How to use:
For general use:
- 2 capsules per day with or without food
For intensified support:
- Take 4 capsules per day, preferably divided (2 capsules twice daily).
For first-time users:
- Start with 1 capsule per day for 3–5 days and increase to a full dose if well tolerated.
