I split these into 25mg capsules for the two weeks before upping to 50mg capsules about a week ago and have already noticed incredible improvements to long-term chronic issues, especially in brain fog, which had been steadily worsening for the past decade. I am ecstatic!
Note that I was careful to include all the co-factors (most of which were already part of my daily supplement mix) and have been eating animal-based for the past year, which likely helped me get these great results so quickly. I had some paradoxical reactions (severe leg/hip cramping) which resolved with taking a lot more magnesium.
This has helped me stay off all anxiety medications!
