I am very grateful to Elliott Overton and Objective Nutrients for educating the public on Thiamine Deficiency. They say, "you can't teach an old dog new tricks". I say, whoever said that needs some serious Thiamine therapy (preferably TTFD). Metabolism is more than what goes on in the belly. B1 has restorative properties on the brain and can improve motivation among many other attributes. I speak from personal experience, and I have personally seen its effect on others. If you are deficient, you will notice its effects (or should I say affects?).
