I’m still on my third day of taking this combo, but I can definitely feel that something is working. I hope it really helps with my detoxification journey.
It gives you sulfur burps which may die down after a while. Ive also noticed a small improved baseline of energy after a few weeks. Plus the pills are teeny tiny, which is so refreshing.
Seems ok, haven’t taken much
Still early days, I feel an uptick in energy after taking. Needs longer to evaluate benefits I suspect.
Didn’t do for me what I was hoping it would, but I will keep taking regardless, as I don’t have a daily source of B1 in my diet.
