I’m still on my third day of taking this combo, but I can definitely feel that something is working. I hope it really helps with my detoxification journey.

It gives you sulfur burps which may die down after a while. Ive also noticed a small improved baseline of energy after a few weeks. Plus the pills are teeny tiny, which is so refreshing.

Still early days, I feel an uptick in energy after taking. Needs longer to evaluate benefits I suspect.

Didn't do for me what I was hoping it would, but I will keep taking regardless, as I don't have a daily source of B1 in my diet.

I was depleted of micronutrients after several rounds of recurring SIBO. Post-SIBO, I had low stomach acid. I started supplementing other micronutrients sublingually (zinc, copper, b complex) and taking betaine HCL, but my appetite still didn’t return. I added Thiamax, and noticed my appetite return within a month of starting it, and then I was able to stop the betaine HCL after 6 weeks of Thiamax. I take magnesium glycinate and drink coconut water to meet the elevated electrolyte demand caused by TTFD but still sometimes experience muscle aches, so have backed off to taking Thiamax once every few days. All in all, I believe that TTFD was the missing piece in my protocol.

My only issue is that it would be helpful if Objective Nutrients made TTFD available in lower dose capsules (e.g., 25 mg or 50 mg). On Day 1, I tried splitting the 100 mg capsule and mixing the powder with water as instructed and nearly vomited from the taste of it (it took hours for the intense chemical taste to leave my mouth). It almost turned me off entirely from continuing with Thiamax but instead I just jumped into the full 100 mg dose on Day 2 onwards so I wouldn’t have to open any more capsules! Luckily, I did not experience any negative effects, but starting at 100 mg would not be an option for everyone.

It’s disappointing that Thiamax now contains l-leucine which promotes insulin resistance.

bought as a co factor for Thiamax and been using for 2 weeks but not noticed any advantage so far.

I saw an informative video on YouTube where the owner of Objective Nutrients (whose name escapes me) was explaining oxalic acid dumps for people abruptly reducing carbohydrates from their diets.
I had recently gone from a keto food regimen to a more heavily carnivore diet, and I was trying to avoid bad digestion events by taking mineral supplements, but I was not succeeding very well. Increasing my daily dosage of thiamin has been very beneficial for me.
