Pack is complete but if you use one dose of each everyday then I believe some will run out before others. I self-diagnosed myself with chronic subclinic B1 defficiency and saw some paradoxical effects that are less then with other forms I used initially. I gave a long break and now used this product. I will check the long term benefits.
