• First of all, bear in mind that they have shipping FROM Europe US and UK (when you change the flag on the site, it's not just the information "where to" they ship); so we can have a smooth delivery, without all the constraints which come from importing from the US or from outside the EU — great! (You guys at Objective Nutrients might want to make this more widely know).• Second, the support is just great, very pleased!• Third, also very good the fact they have a B complex available: there's a general rule in nutrition: when you supplement one "B", you should also take all the others (I didn't buy this one because I've recently bought a B complex, so I'm good). Also, if you're taking vitamin D, for your body to make the repairs, it needs all B's; for more on this, you may start with this video from the neurologist Dr. Stasha Gominak: youtube.com/watch?v=9xcDfSwc5eg.• Fourth, for all those thinking this is an expensive B1: just check the amounts — this is not your "1mg B1" supplement; I believe it's probably the best value for money B1 on the market!• Fifth, I want to thank Elliot for all the information he has been putting out about B1; (no, I'm not being paid, I'm just a regular client)! He created trust on his brand, that's why I bought form objectivenutrients.com (and the fact they have great B1 complexes to choose from).• Finally, my own input, maybe this can benefit someone: There's a little-known symptom of B1 deficiency (I read this on a book decades ago) which is... nightmares! If you are having a lot of brain activity — studying, strong emotional situations — your brain might very easily use up all its B1; if you're not supplementing, you might get nightmares! I experienced this myself some time ago: I was going through a lot of mental effort and change, and just started having nightmares every night; I started taking 100mg of B1 a day, nightmares gone the first day!! So, to my account, it does work beautifully for nightmares!! This might explain why children have nightmares: not only their brains are growing at the fastest rate of their lives, they're learning at an incredible high rate too! So I reckon they need extra B1.

After trying other TTFD's,Thiamax was the first and only TTFD thiamine that set me on a productive path to recovery from genetic thiamine deficiency. And it is the first TTFD with no fillers, additives and etc.—but does have just a tiny pinch of it's co-factor/precursor: magnesium taurate—ensuring great uptake!!

This is a game changer for anyone with genetic beriberi. Being able to methylate—for the first time in my life—what a gift! Instead of the blunderbuss of trying to organise and compile all the needed B vitamins and co-factors/precursors: this B-complex is especially formulated with non-methylated forms of B12 and folate, and the right dosages of everything!

I am a really big fan of TTFD. As a thiamine deficient patient, TTFD is ideal for crossing the blood brain barrier and maximizing its absorption in the body. Objective Nutrients is a reputable source of TTFD. It has no fillers or additives and has been tried and tested by the likes of me. When you've tried the rest, try the best. TTFD by Objective Nutrients. For those deficient in thiamine, nothing absorbs better.

My boyfriend fancies the combo more than me. He would get gut problems after a night out drinking and the combo helps every time.

The supplement stack benefited my health journey very much.TTFD seems to be the most suitable form of B1 for me. It makes me feel good, gives me energy and soothes my gut issues. TTFD will make me very hungry so if you're like me be sure to have a healthy snack on hand so you don't binge on unhealthy food. The ThiAssist powder is powerful. When I first took that scoop I felt amazing, which is a sign I needed those elements.

Thiamax is clearly a high quality product delivering TTFD without fillers. (Following Dr Lonsdale’s protocol). Delivery is prompt within 4 days. As a lifelong high performance athlete I experienced thiamine deficiency leading to mitochondrial dysfunction resulting in diminished ATP synthesis.I confidently recommend the products from ON !!
