I take Gut Repair Combo with thiamine, it seems to help. I also used it for my daughter. I need more time to come to a conclusion, but I see improvements. The only inconvenience is the packaging for BetterGI, it is difficult to scoop and I don't like the taste, it would be nice if it was in capsules or at least on a wider jar

I struggle with chronic pain and mental fog, the medications I was taking helped somewhat with the pain, but I couldn't concentrate at work, so I stopped taking them. I started taking thiamine and gradually increased the dosage. After 2-3 weeks, my mind is much clearer and I feel a release from the pain, I don't remember when I felt this good 4 years ago. I use them along with Gut Repair Combo and D3+K2 and also I'm on a low-carb diet.

In my opinion this is the best form of the thiamine and indeed helps with brain fog and chronic pain, fibromyalgia/syndrome post covid. But is not a miraculous treatment needs time and maybe other medications.

I have been using this product since it came out, and a few times it ran out of stock I was really missing it and could not find suitable replacement. I love love love the fact that it contains no flavours and sweeteners. They are so unnecessary in a mineral supplement!! I also love that it contains molybdenum, which is missing from a lot of other mineral supplements. If you have issues with constipation, this will keep you regular without giving you the runs:) My whole family takes Thiassist.
