Available shipping options
Please double check which site you’re on if you are not getting options for your shipping address. You will redirected to the correct site depending on where you are situated but external factors like a VPN or country code update may leave you on the wrong site. In this case, you can use the site switcher in the navigation menu at the top to select your region.
The US/Intl site services the US and rest of world (with exception of the UK, EU and nearby countries – see below).
The UK site services the UK and Channel Islands
The EU site services the EU (all 27 member states) as well as Norway, Åland Islands, Switzerland, Moldova and Russia.
United States Orders
Shipping is from our warehouse in New Jersey. We use a variety of couriers which can be selected at checkout. All options come with package tracking. Before contacting us for a tracking number, please check any spam folders for the email, as it is sent separately from our standard order emails direct from the shipper/courier.
Estimated transit times in the within the continental US:
- Free Shipping (various carriers) – 3 to 5 business days
- USPS Ground – 3 to 5 business days
- DHL – 3 to 6 business days
- FedEx 2 Day – 2 to 3 business days
We aim to have your order shipped within 24 hours on normal working days if not sooner. Note weekend orders may not ship until after the weekend.
International Orders
We also ship worldwide from our US warehouse but please note that shipments sent outside the US may be charged customs and import duties by the local customs authority. Please contact them if you have questions regarding customs and/or import duties before placing an order. Although the products we sell are generally allowed in most countries, we are not responsible orders that are not cleared by customs.. Please note shipments may take longer than normal to reach their destination depending on customs in your country. This can delay things up to an additional month. Please contact your local customs for any info regarding your package.

Shipping is from our warehouse in south England, near the city of Poole.

European Union Orders
Shipping is from our warehouse in Germany and covers all 27 member states, as well as Norway, Åland Islands, Switzerland, Moldova and Russia. Delivery times will vary but generally countries that are located a further distance from the warehouse will take longer.

NO SHIP Countries
At this moment we do not ship to Mexico and South Africa. In the case that there are no shipping options for your location, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
