I am a big fan of Thiamega. As a thiamine deficient individual, I noticed that I respond to all forms of B1 differently. They all give me a positive response in one regard or another. Thiamega has FOUR different forms of B1. Even if you don't know what form works best for you, you won't go wrong trying Thiamega. Objective Nutrients provides "quality" ingredients that are unmatched by other reputable supplement providers. I speak from personal experience. Their product really works well. If you are in need, you should try it.

Objective Nutrients really understands the nature of Thiamine deficiency. Their products reflect the most recent research, and the quality of their ingredients is unmatched. I speak from personal experience. As a chronic beriberi patient, I have gone in and out of some really miserable states. The relief Objective Nutrients has provided has been immeasurable. I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering the same fate.

Poor digestion is a common symptom of dysautonomia. TUDCA + Bitters Blend provides the right ingredients to help improve this condition. My dysautonomia sometimes prevents me from digesting fats properly. The bile salts found in TUDCA + Bitters Blend helps to alleviate just that. AND IT DOES! I am very grateful to Objective Nutrients for understanding the nature of dysautonomia and providing the products that bring relief.

I started with the complete thiamine protocol to help with various symptoms such as fatigue, heat intolerance, brain fog etc.

I followed the protocol as noted on the website, however, as symptoms were mild I decided to increase the dose quickly. I started at 100mg TTFD once a day and after two weeks I bumped it up to 100mg twice a day. As all seemed fined I increase the dose to 200mg twice a day for a week before doing the same for 300mg. By week 5 I was on 400mg twice a day and continued with this for a couple of weeks and then stopped.

I had very mild nausea and lightheadedness to begin with. It was subtle and not something that affected me in my day to day. Around the start of week 3 I experienced runny stools (which reduced by dropping the ThiAssist dose to once a day, instead of two). I also experienced itching on my wrists and ankles and the top of my feet (I should note that we were in the midst of the first heatwave so difficult to tell if the itching was because of the TTFD or the heat. I also experienced a light buzzy feeling on top of my head and jaw.

None of these “side effects” were problematic and never stopped me in my tracks. Unfortunately, after 2 months I stopped taking it due to the runny stools (even with a reduced dose of ThiAssist) and though there was no worsening of my symptoms, I hadn’t seen any improvement, not even marginal improvement. I probably should have continue for another couple of months but the cost is a bit too much once reaching higher doses so I have shelved the experiment on myself for now, at least until I can afford it again.

I may revisit TTFD again as I felt a bit more ‘alert’ whilst taking it so it may be possible it was working, be it slowly.
