Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Objective Nutrients does not refund or provide return credits for opened or used product. Product must be returned to us in its original packaging.
All bundle products are final sale. If you are unsure if a supplement is for you, please order it separately to test before ordering a bundle. Products that are part of a bundle which have broken seals (both outer and inner need to be damaged to consider the bottle compromised) will be replaced. Please send us an image of the bottle in question and we will review the situation.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs fees. It is also our right to refuse international shipments due to customs restrictions. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return credits will be provided less the initial shipping and handling costs.
To return your product, first please email us at: orders@objectivenutrients.com with your order number. We will provide you with an RMA (return authorization number) and mailing instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

US orders through Objective Nutrients are currently shipped from the United States via either USPS or FedEx. We also ship worldwide but please note that shipments sent outside the U.S. may be charged customs and import duties by the local customs authority. Please contact them if you have questions regarding customs and/or import duties before placing an order. Although the products we sell are generally allowed in most countries, we are not responsible orders that are not cleared by customs.

For customers in countries outside of the EU/UK, international shipping will be provided through USPS International and FedEx International. For customers located in the United Kingdom, shipping will be through Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx from our UK warehouse. For customers located in the EU (27 member states as well as Norway and Switzerland), orders will ship via DHL via our Germany warehouse. Delivery times will vary but generally countries that are located a further distance from the warehouse will take longer.

Objective Nutrition Ltd (herein after “Objective Nutrients” and/or "Seller") acceptance of your (the “Buyer”, “you”) application and wholesale orders is expressly made conditional on Buyer's agreement to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions set forth on this wholesale/buyer application, order confirmation and/or invoice will govern ALL transactions between the Buyer and the Seller. Seller specifically rejects any terms or provisions which set any standards, specifications or damages related to quality and time of delivery or which contradict or purportedly claim to supersede these terms and conditions.
By requesting Objective Nutrients to supply Products to you, you acknowledge and agree (or you are deemed to acknowledge and agree) to these Wholesale Terms and Conditions.

In addition to ordering on the website. You can also email us at orders@objectivenutrients.com. Please include the product SKU, quantity required, and shipping address if ordering by email so the correct invoice details can be sent to you.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or through PayPal.
Objective Nutrients may refuse to accept or cancel any order or delivery of Products at any time by giving written notice to Buyer. Objective Nutrients shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation. At the discretion of Objective Nutrients, a credit memo and/or refund - in this instance only, will be processed.
Once you submit an order, it cannot be cancelled by you once it has shipped from our warehouse.
Note that ALL SALES ON WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL. Please be sure of the quantity you require before ordering as no refunds will be processed for incorrectly ordered quantities.
Supplements available on wholesale will be available for up to 18 months after date of manufacture. If you are unsure that you will be able to sell them within 6 months, please order a smaller amount or wait until we have stocked a new batch. We will not accept returns on unsold units or any oversight on your part.
When applicable, a credit memo will be issued to be used towards a future order or invoice.
Restocking fees: Seller reserves the right to charge restocking fees. Buyer shall be charged a 20% restocking if applicable.
Ownership of the Products shall pass to you upon payment in full of the purchase price for the Products.
You acknowledge that you are acquiring the Products for the purposes of trade or business only.

Any resale of Objective Nutrients products on public marketplaces such as Amazon.com (and its subdomains), Ebay.com, Shopify, Woocommerce, Square, etc. are expressly prohibited. Objective Nutrients shall have sole discretion to determine what public marketplaces, if any, are eligible for Buyer resale. If you wish to sell on your personal online website, please contact us first.
The Products must be sold at the recommended retail price (or higher or as notified to you by Objective Nutrients) unless the Products are advertised as being “on sale” or the equivalent. In the event the Buyer chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Buyer shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP and for a limited time only, up a maximum of 1 month per calendar year.
5.1 For orders within the continental United States:
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Objective Nutrients shall arrange delivery of the Products to you at no charge. Orders are usually shipped via FedEx or USPS (US).
While the delivery service utilized by Objective Nutrients may include insurance for the Products during transit, Objective Nutrients makes no representations and gives no warranties in respect to such insurance and you will be responsible for obtaining any specific insurance you require in respect of the Products during transit. Risk in respect of the Products shall pass to you when the Products are delivered to the carrier.
Free shipping promotions and/or discount coupons for regular retail customers do not apply to Wholesale orders.
5.2 For International orders:
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Seller will cover up to 50% of the shipping costs for orders of 50 units or more. Buyer shall be responsible for the remaining cost of transportation of the Products from Objective Nutrients. Risk in respect of the Products shall pass to you when the Products are made available to the delivery carrier. You are responsible for obtaining insurance in respect of the Products from the time they are made available at the place of delivery (carrier).
International orders are shipped from the UNITED STATES. Before you place your order, note that all export and import documentation, licenses, duties, taxes or other obligations or costs relating to the delivery of the Products shall be the Buyer’s responsibility.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect upon receipt, that all merchandise delivered reflects exactly the items purchased and invoiced
The Buyer must make any claims of defects, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 7 days after receiving the Products. The Seller cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect upon receipt, that all Products delivered matches the items ordered / invoiced.
If a part of the order is delayed or if part of the order is defective or deficient, the order may only be remedied for that part of the order.
Buyer hereby waives any claim for damages resulting from any defect Buyer is aware of, including late delivery, at the time Buyer accepts the merchandise.
In the event of return of Products, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, both in shipping product back to Seller as well as the shipping of the new product to the Buyer.
You undertake to use the Brand Name and, if required by Objective Nutrients, Logo when advertising Products supplied by Objective Nutrients and anywhere where the Products are described or named including on websites, labels and invoices.
Objective Nutrients grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use the Objective Nutrients Brand Name and, if applicable, Logo for the purposes mentioned above in this section.
The above license may be revoked by Objective Nutrients by written notice to you.
You must not use or permit the use of the Brand Name or Logo in any manner that would be detrimental to or inconsistent with the good name, good will, reputation and image associated with the Intellectual Property of Objective Nutrients.
Objective Nutrients shall to the extent permitted by applicable laws, and in respect of any legal basis for a claim NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any product liability or for any direct or indirect business interruption loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, or any other loss whatsoever. There are no implied warranties of merchantability and fitness applying to the Products sold by Seller. In any event, the maximum liability shall be equal to repayment by Objective Nutrients to the Buyer of the payment made for the delayed or defective part of the order.
In addition, Objective Nutrients shall not be liable:
Any transactions between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. To the extent that any court proceedings are commenced, the Buyer and any Guarantor hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, for any claims or controversies arising in the sale of Products by the Seller to the Buyer. The Seller also reserves the right to sue the Buyer or its Guarantor in the province or state of its domicile.
These terms and conditions may be amended or replaced from time to time by Objective Nutrients. Any order placed after such amendment is made will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
Buyer(s) have carefully read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
